There are over one hundred employees at Pwoje Espwa to ensure the all of the programs run smoothly and efficiently. These employees are provided with competitive salaries, benefits, and on-going training in their field. An executive director and supporting staff manages the various programs within the project. These members are provided with laptops and Internet access in order to stay as technologically advanced as possible in country. These members are required to provide weekly reports and data analysis, as well as correspond when needed with members in the United States.
Weekly staff meetings are held in order to maintain integrity in each of the programs. Professionals from the United States travel regularly to lead the staff in team building, management, and additional professional development opportunities. Pwoje Espwa strives to continuously improve in all functioning programs, beginning with administration.
